About Me..

I am a registered Associate Clinical Social Worker practicing in the state of California (ASW#89609) supervised by Kelly Cole, LCSW License #71184. Prior to private practice I was working in a clinical setting and I have 2.5 years experience working in crisis school/community mental health. I moved to Humboldt county from LA over 16 years ago. As a clinician I use eclectic and holistic approaches when working with clients, I believe therapy is one component that supports individuals wellbeing and growth along with community support, movement,nature,mindfulness art/music and openness to move through trauma rather than avoiding it. I specialize in treating perinatal mental health disorders, and I want to advocate for those whom struggle with Perinatal Mood and Anxiety disorders. I've survived having postpartum depression and I'm passionate about this population that is underserved.
